Eirik Raude arrives in Falklands for drilling campaign
SALISBURY, United Kingdom -- Ocean Rig's Eirik Raude has arrived in the North Falkland basin (NFB) ahead of a six-well campaign, Rockhopper Exploration has reported.
The campaign will see two wells drilled in the NFB, then one to the south of the islands, followed by two more in the north and a final slot in the south.
The fifth-generation semisubmersible will soon be moving to location to drill the campaign's first well, on the Zebedee prospect, the company said.
